The FMS interface is an RC buddy box to PC serial interface, it will work with up to 8 channels, but FMS only use channels 1 to 4 as inputs for the 4 axis for use with the FMS simulator program.

The FMS interface will work with the FMS simulator program. It will not work with any program that requires it's own special RC transmitter interface. It will work with most makes of RC transmitter that output a standard PPM buddy box signal from their training socket.

This interface can now be used with other programs. It is supported by version 2.02 of Rc Plane Master.

Also by using software that can be found on the web this interface can become a Windows supported joystick with up to 8 proportional channels.
